Leadership Philosophy

Leadership for me is not about titles. It is about creating an environment where people can do their best work, feel ownership, and see the impact of what they are building.

Loyalty and Shared Mission

I believe in long-term relationships with teams and partners. When we commit to a goal, we work through difficulties together instead of pointing fingers.

Ambitious but Sustainable

Ambitious goals are important – especially in fast-moving areas like mobility and IoT. But I do not believe in burning people out. Sustainable high performance is a leadership responsibility.

Clarity and Honesty

People can only do great work when they understand the direction, constraints, and trade-offs. I try to be as clear as possible about priorities and the “why” behind decisions.

Hands-on Understanding

As a former engineer and Product Owner, I like to understand the technical details enough to ask good questions and support the team – without micromanaging.

Curiosity and Innovation

I actively explore AI tools, new patterns, and technologies that can remove friction and create leverage for teams. Innovation should be practical and grounded, not just buzzwords.
